Payments are made by Bank transfer or cheque. We take your payment details at the same time we arrange the collection of your vehicle. Payment is normally made within 24 business hours.
If your vehicle is collected Friday afternoon, payment may not arrive in your account until Monday. Please allow 24 business hours for us to make bank transfers.
The law does not allow us to pay cash for scrap vehicles.
Once you've successfully filled out the online form, we will get in touch with you to arrange a convenient collection time. On the day of collection, we ensure to give you a call, informing you that our driver is en route to your location.
If your car is still roadworthy, we'll make an effort to find a suitable buyer for it. In cases where the vehicle is not fit for reuse, we dismantle it to retrieve salvageable car parts, which we then sell. The remaining components of the car are sent to our authorized treatment facility, where we engage in responsible recycling practices, transforming the vehicle into scrap metal.
